A day set aside to commune with your heart. We will be listening to your heart, hearing its song, sending it healing and communing with the horses to bring about a re-alignment into self-love & a new relationship with your heart.
We will gather as a small group in a sharing circle and begin with a creative experience to tune into your heart. I will guide you in a light language healing meditation to connect to your heart, bring healing and tune into your heart's wishes for you. You will then be taught how to come into heart connection with others and the horses and enjoy 2 experiences with a horse to connect in to your Heart's Desire. The day will finish with another guided meditation to anchor in the wisdom of your heart.

We will gather on the edge of the bluebell wood for a guided meditation with healing light language codes & songs to support you in connecting with our Mother Earth and her elemental guardians.

18th & 19th; EMBRACING THE CRONE

A day to celebrate all that you are, all you have become & all you can be
Over the 2 days, we will gather in a small, safely held group to share how it feels to be a crone and what you wish for in this phase of your life.
I will guide you in light language meditations to connect to all the aspects of you and Mother Gaia, the elementals and our lead mare, Nahima, to receive their insights and blessings.
You will explore how you can stand in the power of the crone to set the boundaries you need to, to allow your true self to shine.
There will be much time for reflection and guidance regarding emotions that are holding you back and I will offer you tools to help you learn to use these emotions as information to guide you on your path onwards.
You will be anchoring in the power of this phase in life, connecting to the inner knowing you have within, the guidance of your heart ,higher self and the goddess energy, sharing wisdom gleaned from all your past experiences in this life and those that came before.
You will practice breathe work with the herd to befriend your nervous system and enjoy an experience with a horse from the herd to embody your true self in the present moment in connection with another.
The weekend will end with a sharing circle and a light language blessing.

You will then be taught how to come into heart connection with others and the horses in a safe and present way through an experience with a horse.
After a wholesome lunch you will connect in to your Heart's Desire with the support and guidance of one of the herd. The day will finish with another guided meditation to anchor in the wisdom of your heart and a sharing circle.

A Journey in Sisterhood from disempowerment to stepping into your divine feminine heart-centred power and sovereignty.
A workshop focused on acknowledging, releasing and healing feminine righteous rage, time to connect with & understand the emotion, anger & find positive ways to work with it.
In this weekend workshop we will gather in a small, safe, intimate group to share your stories & release any suppressed anger or frustration in activities in the woods, with support of Mother Nature.
I will guide you in a healing light language meditation to release blocked anger and energies from your body and allow you to connect with your own heart-centred feminine power.
You will connect to the herd and ask for guidance from our powerful, yet sensitive mares.
You will learn to understand anger, the emotion that tells us our boundaries have been crossed and learn to set healthy, powerful, yet connected boundaries with the guidance and support of a horse.
In day 2, from this place of safety & empowerment, you will enter the heart space through guided meditation to release any associated emotions, learn why they have come about and how you can work with them in the future to remain true to yourself.
You will be able to enjoy more connection with the herd from this space and a personal experience with a horse to embody this new sense of heart-centred safety and empowerment.

12th; WALKING WITH THE ANCESTORS

A half-day healing journey for you and your ancestral line.
We will gather in a sharing circle, then connect to your ancestors through a light language guided meditation, to receive information, healing and support and bring to an end to any ancestral patterns and karma that no longer serve.
We will then spend time with the herd, tuning in to the sense of connection, support and mutual respect of the herd energy, using breathe and energy work and ask for any information they wish to share.
The morning will end with a guided meditation to anchor in the learning and receive information from the horse ancestors to support you on your journey forward.

Cosy Cabin Healing Circle
A small group of up to 5 or 6 people can join every other Thursday evening in the cosy cabin to receive a guided meditation with energy healing and the light language songs, codes & frequencies that I channel for the group.
