Security of personal information

We use wix.com web development services. Wix can store site-visitors' data in a number of locations.

Your personal information may be stored in data centers located in the United States of America, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan and Israel. Wix may use other jurisdictions as necessary for the proper delivery of our services and/or as may be required by law.

Wix is a global company that respects the laws of the jurisdictions it operates within. The processing of the User Customer Data may take place within the territory of the European Union, Israel or a third country, territory, or one or more specified sectors within that third country, of which, the European Commission has decided that it ensures an adequate level of protection (transfer on the basis of an adequacy decision). 

 

The Wix Stores checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption and it is safe for you to purchase from our Wix site. Wix Stores only works with payment gateways that offer the highest level of security certification (PCI DSS Level 1).

 

Although we use appropriate security measures once we have received your personal data, the transmission of data over the internet (including by e-mail) is never completely secure.

We endeavour to protect personal data, but we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to or by us.

Children

We understand the importance of protecting children's privacy and we never knowingly collect personal information about individuals under the age of 18. Children’s sessions and events may require children’s first name and occasionally age,but contact details if needed will be those of the guardian. Providing children’s data is voluntary. Data will only be kept for a limited time and will then be destroyed confidentially.

Photography or video footage will never be taken or used without first obtaining permission from whomever is responsible for the individual.  A Consent & Release form will be used, to record permissions.

 

Our website

Our Website may link to third-party sites not controlled by us and which do not operate under our privacy practices. When you link to third-party sites, our privacy practices no longer apply.
